Chiza’s passion lies in skin-related conditions and her incredible knowledge with linking together gut health and skin health has seen Chiza write for magazines, as well as speak nationally and overseas on various skin health-related topics.
These meal plans provide a 7-day plan including snacks and beverages, and even include a downloadable shopping list for each recipe. The recipes are not only delicious, but also fibre-rich, and nutrient dense.
